Exploring AI-Supported Disciplinary Mediation in Student Project Teams’ Text-Based Communication: A Probe-Grounded Co-Design Study

Using the Discord-based AI probe Spritz and a co-design workshop, the study explores how AI can help interdisciplinary student teams surface different perspectives while examining neutrality, authority and accountability.

METHOD

Exploratory study with 12 students from technology, business and design backgrounds.
